It’s true – I love creating various holiday themed truffles and these Baileys Irish Cream Chocolate Truffles have a “magically delicious” kick that is a little St. Patrick’s Day party in your mouth.
Now don’t get too excited because you are more likely to get a sugar high than to get intoxicated eating these truffles. So basically these won’t have you dancing any jigs on the coffee table or anything.
