This recipe is just like the original New York Black and White cookies, but dressed for fall or Halloween in orange and black. I love this smaller size, it’s easier to eat and easier to share than the large 4 inch size. The icings, one half tinted orange, and the ‘black’ half made with melted unsweetened chocolate, (or tempered chocolate) provide just the right amount of shine and hardness found in any good Black and White.
