I know, I just posted a macaroon recipe the other day. But did you know that National Chocolate Covered Macaroon Day is a different holiday than just National Macaroon Day? Well these two holidays seem to run right together. I don't care, you see, if I have any macaroons left over from the first one, I can just temper some chocolate and dip away to celebrate the second! (Left over, ya, right!)
