Chocolate-Covered Brie Bites are decadent squares of brie cheese covered in rich chocolate and crunchy sea salt.
For the best results, select a brie cheese with a moderate amount of fat. Double or triple cream brie cheeses can be very soft, are difficult to dip, and tend to leak once dipped.
