Bread and chocolate is a common after-school snack for children in Spain. Add olive oil and sea salt to turn these little bites into a grown-up affair. Since today is National Homemade Bread Day, why not make these? Ingredients: 16 — 1/4" (0.6 cm) slices baguette (approximately half a baguette) 1/3 cup (80 ml) olive oil 1/3 cup (80 ml) Dark Belgian Chocolate 1 Tbsp (15 ml) olive oil, for garnish Sea Salt, coarsely ground to taste Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 375° F (190° C). 2. Lightly brush baguette slices with oil and place on Epicure's Baking Sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake approximately 10 minutes, until golden on each side. 3. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle each with approximately 1 tsp (5 ml) Dark Belgian Chocolate. Return to oven for an additional 2 minutes. Remove. 4.
