This one is so easy, you don't even need a recipe.
You do, however, need a brownie pan that makes circular brownies.
Prepare brownies, once cooled, temper your chocolate (white). Split chocolate and color 1/2 with candy coloring orange for the pumpkins.
Insert sticks into the brownies and dip into your chocolate. One they are cooled, decorate your ghosts and pumpkins with black decorating frosting! WA- LA How easy was that?
