St. Patrick's Day is just around the corner, so you know what that means.... it's all about the color green.
These cookie truffles aren't anything new, in fact they are quite popular all around blog land. I usually start to see them pop up around Christmas time, but with all the different Oreo varieties you can adapt these truffles to just about any holiday.
