I usually keep a bag of chocolate chips in the kitchen in the event I get a hankering to bake chocolate chip cookies. This time around, though, I used my bag of chocolate chips for chocolate-covered pretzels—not too original but a great snack idea. I’ve dipped foods in chocolate before, like these delightful white chocolate-covered blood oranges, but never pretzels. I’ll indulge in chocolate-covered pretzels occasionally, but for some reason, it never dawned on me to make them myself until I was sifting through Pinterest (go figure). These are way too easy and are a great snack while you’re hanging at home or even entertaining. Elevate them a bit by adding a little orange zest.
