I am so excited about all things peppermint this year! In the last couple of weeks since all of the Christmas merchandise hit the stores, I’ve bought candy cane lollipops, peppermint baking chips, chocolates with candy cane bits, mini candy canes, peppermint nougats, peppermint puffs, peppermint patties and even peppermint coffee creamer.
So, this led me to making something edible with peppermint and I decided on something really easy: Peppermint Patty Stuffed Ritz Crackers. They are even easier to make than the peanut butter dipped Ritz crackers because you don’t have to spread the peanut butter on the crackers. Just plop a York Peppermint Pattie between two crackers, warm it for a couple seconds and you are ready to dip!
