I found a package of candy eyeballs that were so cute I just had to buy them. And what better way to use the eyeballs than to make Goblins and scary trees out of them!
The Goblins that top these cupcakes are made with Tootsie Flavor Rolls and chocolate coating. (You can use tempered chocolate too!) The combination of these flavors taste so good together, not to mention that these cupcakes are super chocolatey and delish.
