Chocolate melter exterior made of thermoresistant plastic. Stainless steel basin pan and lid are removable for easy cleaning! Adjustable thermostat to control temperature (up to 140 F).
This is used for melting and warming chocolate, it is NOT a chocolate temperer! Can be used in conjunction with your chocolate tempering machine or for melting chocolate for hand tempering.
