DUAL WELLS, WITH SEPARATE TEMP CONTROLS, ALLOWS YOU TO MELT AND WARM TWO TYPES OF CHOCOLATE AT DIFFERENT TEMPERATURES!

The Pro-Deluxe warmer is designed to warm chocolate with the included stainless steel inserts (work like a bain marie, using hot water to warm product). Features a stainless steel body, lighted master ON/OFF toggle switch and uses two 500 watt band element with an adjustable thermostat on each side to keep your chocolate(s) at perfect temperature(s) all day long.

This is used for melting and warming chocolate, it is NOT a chocolate temperer! Can be used in conjunction with your chocolate tempering machine or for melting chocolate for hand tempering.
