This high quality double pan chocolate melter is designed to melt and hold chocolate 2 types of chocolate at the perfect temperature for each. The stainless steel pans and lids are removable for easy cleaning and product storage.
Using a dry heating system (no water) to heat the bottom and sides of the pan distributing the temperature evenly. Easily adjust and maintain the temperature throughout the melting process using the analogue thermostats, which ranges from 32 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit
This is used for melting and warming chocolate, it is NOT a chocolate temperer! Can be used in conjunction with your chocolate tempering machine or for melting chocolate for hand tempering.
